Terms & Conditions


  • For furniture within 15KM radius in Bangalore free delivery (Minimum value for free delivery is Rs.25000/-) above 15KM it’s chargeable based on location pin code.
  • For Artifacts, Mirror, Lightings with in 15KM radius in Bangalore free delivery, above 15KM its chargeable based on location pin code.
  • The minimum value for the free delivery is Rs.25000/-
  • Delivery will be done on working days only. Monday to Saturday.
  • We need minimum 2 working days' time for the delivery.
  • Fitting of Wardrobes, Cots will be done within 48 hours from the dispatch.


  • Customers are requested to inspect their goods properly before signing in the delivery challan. Once signed by you, we will treat it as "Satisfied and goods you received in good condition".
  • Goods will not be exchanged or replaced once we receive the delivery challan from you.


  • Materials will be delivered subject to realization of Cheque / DD.
  • Full Payment should be paid before delivery.
  • Materials remain the property of the company until receipt of full payment.
  • For booking, minimum 50% of the advance should be paid within 48 hrs.
  • Whatever the advance we receive, in any case, it will not be refunded but customers can purchase other materials to compensate that money.
  • For a maximum of one week allowed to keep the materials in our store after making full payment.


  • For the customization / New Booking orders, customers are requested to pay 50% of the sale amount. In case if it is getting cancelled after 48 hours after the 50% advance, we will deduct 20% of the advance money.


  • In general, No warranty / Guarantee for imported goods but we give 12 months free service Warranty for the wood. After 12 months it is chargeable.
  • For Upholstery, We give 12 months warranty for the belt not for the foam/cushion. If it is found damaged by the customer we give the service at extra cost.
  • No Guarantee for Glass.
  • Any Breakage or damage of the products due to mishandling by the customer after the purchase will not be considered in the Guarantee and Warranty Clause.


  • If the customer wants to cancel the order within 48 hours after the full payment, service charges will be deducted 5% on the invoice or the sale value.
  • Invoice once raised will not be changed / altered under any circumstances. If it is getting changed by customer force, we will deduct GST 18% along with Service charges 5% of sale amount.
