I want to customise one of your products, can I do that?
Interesting! We’d love to hear from you to see how our products can improve. However, at this point, we are unable to offer customisation of any of our products. Really sorry about that!
Can I get a free Home Delivery?
For furniture & Decor within Bangalore free delivery (Minimum value for free delivery is Rs.25000/-)
How quickly do you deliver?
Depends on the delivery location (Min 3 Working days).
If I purchase from Bangalore can it be delivered to other states in India?
Yes, Hazelwood will deliver the products PAN INDIA. There might be additional delivery charges based on the final destination.
Do I have to pay Sales tax for my order?
Price mentioned inclusive of all taxes.
Will the home delivery and Installation happen or taken place on the same day?
We will deliver the goods first. Then we do installation. It may take 24 hrs based on the delivered location. Sometimes, delivery and Installation will happen on the same day.
What payment methods you will accept?
You can use any one of the following payment methods: Credit card, Credit card EMI of leading banks Debit card, Net Banking.
Can the furniture be customised?

Will the colour and look remain same as in web page?
All the pictures in the websites are taken using high resolution cameras, so based on your home interior and lights colour may change slightly.
Is there a first time customer discount?
We’d love for you to try us out, see what we have to offer, order from us, experience the joy of seeing a beautifully crafted product at your home before we give you a discount to buy something from us. So, we don’t have a first time customer discount. At hazelwood, we stand by our products and our service and are proud of the value we provide to a customer.
